Product risk management

One of Sanofi’s principal missions is to ensure the safety and quality of the Group’s products. We aim to provide the best possible risk management associated with the utilization of our products.

Pharmacovigilance
Pharmacovigilance seeks to constantly optimize the risk / benefit ratio for the Group’s medicines and vaccines – a commitment that requires implementing appropriate global and local organizations.
Global quality
Sanofi adheres to Quality Guidelines and promotes continuous improvement at each phase of the product’s life cycle, as well as related services.
Continuity of activities and supplies
Sanofi considers that safeguarding the continuity of its activities is one of the Group’s responsibilities. The Group makes every effort to ensure the supply chain will continue to deliver medicines and vaccines to the market without interruption.
The fight against counterfeit drugs
Counterfeit drugs are a public health issue and a major concern for Sanofi.
